Seller Terms of Service now apply to existing sellers

The terms that took effect for new sellers on May 7 now cover existing sellers as well. Every shop is now under the new terms.

  2. Compare the clauses on prohibited conduct, returns and penalties with how your shop operates

    The return-handling and penalty (Account Health Rating) clauses in particular affect day-to-day operations.

  3. Set aside time to comply

    Industry outlets say compliance takes “2–4 weeks”, but that's not a measured figure. URITE measures the actual effort in monthly index question Q8.
